When I watched Austin Rivers spot up, Tyler Zeller closing in, it happened in goddamn slow motion. That was such a shock because we had dominated that game.
congrats great job, old style Duke defense at work there, stand like a statue, slide under the offensive player… except they changed the rules this year to stop that crap.DukeSox said:
I know nothing about the above pic, nor do I care (I was just passing through to see if there was an different reaction to the Duke/Syracuse game last night from what is in the Cuse thread), but I have a hard time believing the stadium, any stadium for that matter, would be that full 30 minutes after a game. Hell, the stands look nearly full, let alone all the people on the court...DukeSox said:Ha that was like 30 minutes later after the team came back out of the locker room to greet the fans.

Glad to see this BS was noted above, which I didn't see at firstGreg29fan said:
That was just some managers and assistants though
I usually watch when Duke plays ranked teams.DrewDawg said:
You gonna watch?
Here is why: During that span [Wake's 17-0 run], Duke’s 10 possessions went like this: turnover (Parker), turnover (Jefferson), missed 3 (Rasheed Sulaimon), turnover (Sulaimon), missed lay-up (Quinn Cook), missed 3 (Tyler Thornton), missed 3 (Cook), turnover (Sulaimon), missed 3 (Sulaimon), missed 3 (Andre Dawkins).
This is also a banner that no longer hangs, making the point twice as irrelevant.DukeSox said:wait that's the requirement?
i mean, i know UNC's standards for hanging stuff are a bit lower...
