That Rivers sack was almost as bad as Favre falling for Strahan's record sack.

Also,

The teams ahead of/right behind the Jets in the draft order (Titans, Bucs, Raiders, Jags, and the Redskins) all lost, losing, or will lose.

This will mean the Jets will pick no higher than 5th/6th. It could mean they lose out on the 3 players Jets fans want most: Marcus Mariotta, Jameis Winston, and Amare Cooper.
Dont think Jameis is going top 5

As an atheist, Ravens somehow winning the SB will prove once-and-for-all that there's no God.
Or it could illustrate the validity of miracles.

This is not the same Baltimore team of which nightmares were made. And we have Revis.

I thought this was already established when Ray Lewis won his second ring.

The NFL has some stupid rules/loopholes that make no sense.

Like I have never understood why offensive holding is offset by DPI. DPI only occurred because of the holding.

Flaccos ability to draw the 40+ yard DPI and brandon browner being on the same field would terrify me.

Browner wouldn't be on T. Smith. That's probably Arrington.

So KC went an entire season without throwing a TD to a WR and ended with a winning record.

They ought to fix the rule so that San Diego could get some time back here.

I thought that would be a good idea.  Since they take 10 seconds off when there's an offensive penalty when the clock runs, why not add 10 seconds for a defensive penalty in that same situation?

That loss to Washington on Monday night really sticks in my craw.  Cost Dallas the #1 seed.

Cowboys playing the way I had hoped NE would today.
Playing their quarterback and #1 receiving threat for almost 4 quarters?  Uh, no thanks.  I'll take an inactive Gronk and Jimmy G any day.

Chase Daniel on Justin Houston "It's a blessing to get to play with him.  He's an even better player than he is a person."

I'm sure it's true, I've just never heard someone actually say it.

They are really banged up, esp on the o-line now -- though Yanda is a stud. Relax a bit.

I will give you this though. The fraud playoff team in the AFC does not come from the North. It's the Colts.

Smith also had a 0.0 rating this year, against Buffalo.

Edit: In only eight passes, but still...zero and perfect in the same season.  He has flashes of pro-bowlness surrounded by oceans of suck

They were probably always going to lose that game given Romo needs a full week for treatment on his back and got like 3.5 days with Dallas playing Sunday night.  Losing that game to the rotten Redskins at home was infinitely worse.

Baltimore has an excellent front seven and a strong running game, two things the Patriots have had trouble with this season. I hope the Steelers kick the crap out of the Ravens (if it even is the Steelers and not the Bengals), but if not the Ravens are more cause for concern for the Patriots than anyone else in the AFC methinks.

Is contact with the QBs head a 15 yard penalty if the QB is outside the pocket?

Y'know, given how each played in college, I'd never have predicted Lacy to be a better pro than Richardson, let alone this much better.

Aikman just said he likes the Packers going for it, and then said he would take the 3 points.

Way to give a real opinion Troy.
