On another team, the fumble would have had him on the benchStitch01 said:Why is Richardson in over Bradshaw and getting carries?
Soxy Brown said:Bomani Jones has made that point on Twitter many times, in defense of Cam Newton as well. He's not wrong.

Well, it's still 2 games to the Texans. It's still Indy's division to lose.
Kliq said:That could be a fireable offense. If I'm in the front office, I''m going to need a pretty damn good explanation from the coaching staff.
I disagree with this. The Colts and Texans were probably approximately equal strength coming into the year, and they've spotted them 2 games now.SeoulSoxFan said:Well, it's still 2 games to the Texans. It's still Indy's division to lose.
But he also mentioned the crucial INT in that regard.Kliq said:Ray Lewis mentioned momentum. Somewhere in Brookline, Bill Barnwell hears a buzzing noise in his ear.
Jed Zeppelin said:You put the ball in T-Rich's hands with the game on the line, you deserve to lose in painful fashion.

I don't know if it's the surrounding team so much as the coaching/management. They made a visibly terrible decision to invest in Trent Richardson last year, and have doubled down with it this year. That's really cost them so far. But I agree Luck has been far from a problem - he's mostly looks great.Phragle said:Have you checked out the team surrounding him?
He's a clearly worse back than Bradshaw. Indy got hosed tonight, but pretty happy they did. Theyre a bad organization that doesn't deserve to fall ass backwards into Luck, hope they go 8-8 foreverdcmissle said:On another team, the fumble would have had him on the bench
Right I should have said the organization. I tweeted this earlier.bowiac said:I don't know if it's the surrounding team so much as the coaching/management. The shitty line, shitty playcaller, and shitty receivers.DrewDawg said:Luck threw 34 passes for a total of 175 or so yards. Who's fault was that?
He's still under 58% completion percentage for his career.
While you're looking at the box score how many times did he draw the defense offsides for a first down?DrewDawg said:Luck threw 34 passes for a total of 175 or so yards. Who's fault was that?
He also holds the record for most passing yards ever in players first two years.DrewDawg said:He's still under 58% completion percentage for his career.
The receivers aren't shitty. They're about average.Shelterdog said:The shitty line, shitty playcaller, and shitty receivers.
The 58% completion percentage is a bit inane - about half of those pass attempts are dragged down by his 54% rookie rate. Being good as a rookie is exceptionally rare - Peyton was at 56% and led the league in interceptions. There are a few mobile QBs who have been good as rookies, but for pocket guys, it's still a rarity.DrewDawg said:Luck threw 34 passes for a total of 175 or so yards. Who's fault was that?
