Fair point about the margin - I was speaking more in terms of momentum. Philly's third quarter run combined with Tatum's seemingly never-ending funk made it feel like the Sixers were going to overtake the Cs by a fair bit by the end. As Grande noted Smart as the lead scorer was unsustainable.
But the Cs D was clamps and Tatum showed up.
Finally, my Grande/Max feed was close enough that if it stays the same, I will never go back to the national broadcast teams. It was so much better listening to them than the ESPN dreck, especially down the stretch.

I know it can all still end badly but this win may be my favorite of all the remarkable games this crew has already had. Maybe its recency bias but I don't think so. They found a way despite seemingly everything working against them. And now we get a game seven at home.

I know exactly what you mean in terms of a possible favorite win...blowout, perfectly executed wins are extremely fun in the moment, but I find lack a little bit of long term appeal (unless they are to win the title, like '08 game 6). Wins like last nights, backs against the wall, dig down gritty determination, that you somehow pull out are the ones that tend to stick in my brain a bit longer.
I don’t care how they win.. any win is better than that feeling of waking up and realizing the Cs are done for the year after losing.
Oh 100%. Especially in the moment. I'd give a kidney for a blowout win sunday, for example. Having a stress free game in exchange for the kidney might even enhance my life's length! Just long term in the very glorious hypothetical this season ends the way we all want it to, personally I'm going to remember last night in far greater detail, and with more fondness, than game 2 for example.
