Dude caught 2 home run balls and threw both back.

Why can't they just give it to a kid or something? The whole thing is just second level dumb to me.
Back in the day (close to 20 years now) there was a guy who used to run around Waveland catching HR balls. Dude was crazy good at it. Anyway, I was was in the LF bleachers (actually standing against the back chain link fence) and he makes a catch on a HR, and we all start yelling "throw it back! throw it back!"

I swear on my mother's life this dude uncorked a 1-hopper to SS from outside of the fucking park. LF bleachers went NUTS. What a fucking cannon.

IMO, this has been one of the more fun recent editions of the team.

I've loved this season. Having young players come along — and shellacking the Yankees — helps.
Yeah, but have you taken into account how incompetent Cora is, how overmatched Bloom is, and how no one in the organization actually wants to win?
