Dear Mr. Bloom. We love this sport.
It makes us grin, guffaw, and snort,
but it’s not fun when we see Ort.
Last night, he failed to hold the fort,
gave up the run we’d hoped he’d thwart,
and thus, we watched the Twins cavort.
I’m not the first fan to exhort
that he’s not good. We can’t distort
the facts. It’s time that we abort
this plan. He's an unwanted wart.
Send him away with no escort.

PS. We also need to sort
out a plan for catcher and short.

*No clue if that's what it would be called.
Was excited to get the game over with earlier with the day game, but now I can get it over VERY early.
Isn't the point of an opener to put a good reliever on the mound? Pivetta would have been better than this.
Sox offense has done nothing, Sox defense has been terrible, Sox pitching with a no show. It looks like we are back to the Sox from a couple of weeks ago.
This is quickly devolving into what Cedric "Cornbread" Maxwell often refers to as "a good old-fashioned country ass-whupping".
I mean, it's been less than 2 innings and one of our pitchers just got hit in the face by a line drive. I'm not saying this game is winnable or anything but maybe take a step back from the ledge.
