I could be wrong but my impression is that the take sign isn't really a thing at this level. If a pitcher grooves one in a hitter's count they want the hitter aggressive.
yeah I think at this level you may as well send a guy down if you need to give the take sign. Then again, in this case…

Casas needed to see a pitch there, but Wong got a hittable fastball. With a RISP, he should absolutely be looking for a pitch to drive. Nobody should fault him for swinging there.

Cora failed to blow it last inning, but no problem. Just leave Pivetta in too long this inning. It's bound to happen sooner or later.
