That's going to be a tough ride home for Bills fans: snowy roads, tough loss, and bellies full of Genny Cream Ale.

Very impressive performance by Cincy's embattled offensive line. They really plowed through Buffalo on runs up the middle.

These are actually very friendly QB conditions, too.
Brady absolutely devoured teams in these conditions with swing passes, 5-yard option routes etc, and Burrow has been doing similar stuff.

Feels like Buffalo's been trying to go farther downfield the entire game and failing.

Makes make thing that if the Pats can only get their OL issues solved, they have the running game to really punish Buffalo next year.

Big IF, of course.

The Bills can't handle any inclement weather, its really weird for a team from the only place in the country that seems to still get significant snow.

It seems not a ton of people noticed, but the Pats found out and then dominated in the snow because it favors the passing game (assuming there is no wind). How the Bills are failing to pass today is mind boggling.

?? Tuck rule said once said once the QB was flexing the ball around it was all the process of throwing no matter what transpired. I thought Allen did a pump before reloading and then he got hit.
Ah. I thought you were saying the tuck rule was related to Allen's arm moving forward on the pass. That was just a regular throw.

I'm still puzzled as to why no FG there? It wasn't 4th and inches.
I think the fact that they made it fourth and manageable made him keep the offense out there. Choice between two shitty choices and you only have a few seconds to decide. Kicking was the better decision but it wasn’t a no brainer to me. You need two TDs eventually.

This would be a good question for analytics. My guess is that BUF’s chance of winning down 27-17 was enough better than down 27-13 to justify the decision to go on 4th and 6, but one way or the other, there’s probably a clearly correct decision if you have data.

I know the Bills are going to be good for a while because of Allen and other good players they have. But next year will be year six of his career, and they haven't even gotten out of the AFC.

Yes, I guess. But you need 3 scores. And by not getting one there you kill either 2 or 3 minutes of clock time or TOs just to get the ball back and start all over again.

I think you're misinterpreting the tuck rule (or I'm misunderstanding you). Bringing the ball backwards after a pump resets. Tuck rule just says that any forward motion is a pass, even if tucking.

Loved the GFI decision, but you obviously have to punt now.

They were given 3 years of a soft division and a rookie QB contract and as you said haven't gotten out of the AFC. Now the team building gets harder and the AFCE is toughening up again. Will be interesting to see where they go from here.

They’re getting smoked on both lines. Burrow had way more time today.
