Yeah, I don't get it at all. I bet him at +150 the other day.Kinda surprised I'm seeing Woodley at +130.
Same. Kelly kept more active. He punches really weird, he turns is punches beyond over. Rashad was fast on his feet but didn't throw enough, and he didn't seem to have that handspeed he used to have.I thought Kelly won but did not expect him to get the jd
Lando fights are always fun
Yeah. Same here. Thought it was 3-2 Thompson with no 10-8 rounds. But I also thought Tyron clearly won the first fight and this helped me have a huge night even with Khabib cut out of my parlay.
The latest update is that it isn't broken. Must be a serious bone bruise if he mistook it for a fracture.Hunt broke his shin, where all the blood was gushing. It was a bit hard to watch
Yea, Vitor's body has gone through a few changes:Victor off the juice is not that good plus he's old.
I could do without watching Shogun. He's a favorite of mine and he's a shell of himself.
The Barbosa fight was very good
Jesus. Does anything work better than steroids that is more demonized? Vitor looks like me now and I'm a late 30s recreational bjj player.Yea, Vitor's body has gone through a few changes:
He wasn't even on steroids, was he? Thought it was just test.Jesus. Does anything work better than steroids that is more demonized? Vitor looks like me now and I'm a late 30s recreational bjj player.

Wow, that before/after is crazy! Have a good friend who started his career as an olympic boxer and moved into MMA (mid tier events, non Bellator/UFC) and swears all the fighters at the to level are chock full of every enhancement under the sun. Walking into the ring against someone like that would really almost force you to take the same stuff...just to survive.
When people use the term "steroids", aren't they normally including exogenous testosterone? Go to any anabolic steroids site, and basic test cycles are recommended as the beginner's course. I'm only asking because this is the first time I've ever seen anyone make this distinction, unless they were trying to differentiate between steroid abuse and TRT (to maintain natural levels). He wasn't even on steroids, was he? Thought it was just test.
Yeah, the co-main events were ho hum for me.Victor off the juice is not that good plus he's old.

Colloquially, yes, but technically I think test isn't a steroid. When people use the term "steroids", aren't they normally including exogenous testosterone? Colloquially, for sure, but I'm pretty sure it's also technically considered a steroid.Colloquially, yes, but technically I think test isn't a steroid.
Hmm, no kidding? I don't know where I got that erroneous distinction stuck in my head.
They spent years saying the same thing about Floyd and Manny.People are starting to talk about Conor vs Floyd like it's inevitable
I dont think that is entirely right, considering Benson Henderson regularly competed in high level BJJ tournaments while he was in UFC and Dan Henderson and Jon Jones competed (while Jones was under suspension) in a grappling tournament just a few months ago.I'm under the impression that the UFC contract comes with a clause preventing their fighters from doing that, along with anything else even remotely related to a combat sport.
How would it ultimately be enforceable though? No court nowadays is going to effectively institute a worldwide ban on someone plying their trade, especially when they have such a small window to perform. Just breach or repudiate, take the fight, and pay whatever damages may result out of the purse.Did they get paid to do it though? Guessing that's the key factor involved, and an extension to the basic protection in regards to the UFC not wanting their fighters out there getting hurt while fighting and (probably more importantly) making money for somebody else.
I just can't fathom that the UFC wouldn't be thorough enough where boxing wouldn't fall under a similar contract clause, right under the stipulation that they can't just go take a Bellator fight.
