Shithead killed some guy down there in the corner. Campbell bloodied a Hab in that corner in that Habs 2011 game.
He did it once, then stopped. I thought it was appropriate.

Here's the Marchand play which will be reviewed...
Cameron, the guy who sent his goons out with less than 2 minutes to go in a blowout, is going the Vigneault route and whining. Marchand says he was simply turning up ice, his intent wasn't to hit/clip Borowiecki. We'll see. His history with low bridge's probably means he won't get the benefit of the doubt.
In Marchand's defense, it's sort of an inadvertent pick by Borowiecki. Karlsson has the puck and Marchand tries to cut a real tight angle by Borowiecki to get there. I really have no idea what to think. Fine seems about right, but it's Marchand and he has his reputation for a reason.

To be fair to Marchand, he's owned up to his hijinks in the past. This was a 50/50 play, it looks like he tried to cut the corner and misjudged.
And Cameron can stuff it. Chris Neil was eye gouging people and McCormick cross checked Ferraro in the head before jumping him and pummeling him. Neither team covered themselves in glory.

interesting test for the head office here. I think he deserves a game here but do they suspend one the most recognizable and polarizing (and leading scoring) players playing in their biggest showcase of the year?
I would guess sometime tonight or early tomorrow. They usually have a quick turn around.
I hadn't considered Nap's appeal angle.
