No hokey bullshit interviews conducted by know-nothing know-it-alls like we get in US sports, and no a-hole sponsorship reps hogging the stage for marketing purposes. Just pass out the medals one by one, let the fans cheer each member, and hand them the trophy as the crowd goes apeshit.

Handing the trophy directly to the team captain rather than the owner is what makes it awesome, as well.  It's why the Stanley Cup presentation is by far the best one in North American sports.

I'd say its by far the best one... period. It has the best trophy too which gives it an enormous leg up on the competition.
