If Mac, or prime Tom Brady or any other QB has to start planning or anticipating backside pressure in 1.5 seconds, they'll have no chance at going through progressions and finding receivers. It's a type of leap of faith, and being tentative back there would be a disaster. As Bill says, guys need to just do their fucking jobs.
