A Lost Time
But more than this, how much more can Thibodeau take out of this group. They must be running on fumes with all the intensity they put day in day out. I am also genuinely scared that Thibs might suffer a stroke one of those days.

Just seeing this...

They didn't really, Chicago didn't get it under 10 until the last couple of minutes and even then no closer than 8. Thibodeau is seeing yet again that other teams can match his team's intensity much more in the playoffs than they do consistently in the regular season.
When I typed this, Chicago had closed from 21 back to 12 in a blink, but the run halted there. I feel like Bill Simmons' call right before the playoffs was so accurate. I heard his podcast with Zach Lowe and he basically nailed exactly how this series is going.

Lillard hits a transition triple to tie the game, only to have Harden hit a desperation last shot-clock second deep three.  Then Batum hits a two and then a three to put the Blazers up.  This series is electric.

Wow...what was Lin thinking? Dribbling around the court like no one else is on it? That's a choke.

Speaking of which, people love killing Dwight Howard. People are idiots. Those were two huge blocks and he's just a monster.

But that's the thing, it's both his strength and his weakness. Unless you have a team of 23 year old All-Stars, you need to pace your team somewhat over the course of the way too long season, and Thibodeau never does this, no matter how strong or weak that year's group of players is (admittedly this is one of the weaker ones he's had, especially post-Deng).

It looked to me like Williams stepped out of bounds after he poked it away from Lin. No review or anything. The refs are awful.

It's killing me. I don't want to be haunted by that Dorrell Wright free throw.

To be fair, you are lucky he made one.  He is a decent free thrower but this part of the season is different than a January game versus Sacramento.

Parsons with the karate chop on Aldridge.  Flagrant one coming.

I want Blazers but that looked like a bad call on the out of bounds off Howard. Guys are playing too hard for shitty calls to decide the game

Howard has 1 personal foul. The Rockets have been the overwhelming beneficiaries of terrible calls tonight.

Is Reggie Miller kidding about that not being a foul

Its the classic 50-50 call and as they mentioned, it happened on Steph Curry's shot at the end of the Warriors/Clippers game three.  The refs don't seem to want to call that this year even though it gets called a lot during the regular season.

Portland and Dallas the only teams in the West leading their series, who predicted that?

There is a good chance that the top four seeds in the West go home after this round.

Home teams are 14-16 through tonight, home court seems to be almost entirely meaningless in basically every series so far.

McHale has looked and sounded so disconsolate after losses in this series. You'd think he could be a bit more stoic for the sake of his team.

Six treys from Scott.  Hawks lead 48-27 midway through the 2nd.  If you are ranking the playoff teams right now, are the Pacers 15th out of 16?

Ahead of Charlotte? I don't think there's any reason to think Indiana could beat Charlotte in a 7 game series right now.

Man, I love LeBron as much as most of you guys seem to hate him. He took a knee to the thigh from Biyombo in the third, went down hard, has been limping around, but has yet to leave the game and has been dominating ever since.

Pacers doing a good job of demonstrating why it's not a good idea to get down by 30 before attempting a comeback
