After playing on artificial turf for years (and decent turf too, not the thin carpet crap), I can report that it's brutal on the joints.
The teams with turf are: Atlanta, Charlotte, New England, Portland, Seattle and Vancouver. Toronto and Cincinnati use hybrid grass, though not sure if that counts as turf.
