Didn’t their pitcher not give up a run since May 3rd or something? (Mostly minors but still)

Watah! This team is starting to give me a good feeling. The offense is clicking, bullpen has been really impressive. If this team makes it in, they're a team I wouldn't want to play.

Considering everything, and the almost meltdown in the early innings by the offense, quite an incredible win vs the best team in baseball. Buyers!

Lots of disorder on display tonight, but strong pitching leads to a tidy outcome.

Listened to the last few innings on radio. When the "1st 8-3-5 TP since 1883" stat came up, McDonough dryly said, "You did that game, Joe, right?" To which Castig replied, without missing a beat, "it was a rainy night, just like this one."

Also, Castig took a foul ball off the shoulder, which bounced off the wall and hit McD in the back of the head. Great radio with no phlegmming.

Except for the guy from Wal-Mart who came into the booth to promote diabetes funding. He was a bore and distracted from the game.
