Welp, just checked in to see if anything could stop the remorseless inevitably of the City title machine. Fulham are an erratic outfit, but on their day they have enough quality to have a punchers chance against anyone.

but not today. Fulham 0, City 4.

Oliver Skipp at left back is ... a choice. I guess he can't be any worse than Emerson was last week.

Van de Ven with a true display of Total Football, as he slides home a brilliant finish with his left foot to put Spurs up 2-1.

The quality from the Spurs forwards has been quite poor today. Fortunately the defenders have chipped in with two excellent finishes.

If you aspire to be a top flight ref, do you just have to accept that you have to be bald?

It's going to be a bizarre atmopshere at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday. Most of the supporters while be rooting for Spurs to lose.

I remember a very similar situation with Chelsea traveling to Anfield on the second to last match day while in a race with United. Maybe 08-09 or 09-10 season.

Chelsea’s supporters had banners like “It’s Us or Neville” but Liverpool actually tried and ultimately Chelsea won a pretty closely fought game. I can’t remember anything about the home atmosphere.

Spurs could finish anywhere from 4th to 7th still so I can’t imagine the players down tools or Ange doesn’t pick his very best team. But a dead home atmosphere will certainly take away one of their biggest advantages and their form has been poor enough recently that trying may only go so far.

Heung Min Son lives to personally torture me breaking against a scared shitless City back line. To say I’m terrified of this match is an understatement that guy always tortures us

It's more fun if its a draw. City will need to win by more than three goals over Arsenal. Moyes won't care - he's already gone.
I assume you mean west ham.. and it will have to be more than four.. assuming Arsenal has to beat Everton by at least one.

No, he means City would need to win by 3 more goals than Arsenal win by. It’s the “every City and Arsenal fan have a heart attack” maximum chaos option where City would be trying to 6-0 or 7-0 West Ham while hoping Everton only concede 1 or 2

Important match today as Villa take on Liverpool. A Villa win cements their 4th place finish, and Spurs fans can almost entirely rally around throwing the match against City tomorrow. A Villa draw or loss keeps Spurs' hope for nabbing 4th alive, although Spurs will likely have to beat City and Sheffield in order to do so.

Liverpool are locked into 3rd, so I expect Klopp to give the kids some run. He may start some of the core players, but see a wave of youngster on at 60’.

Oooofff, Emi. I didn't see the deflection in real time, but that was a brutal error. Looks like he took his eyes off it before catching the ball.
