Second year in a row that Monty wedges him in after missing a chunk of the end of the season. Communication and fitness both awful, to say nothing of his ability level. And all because Forbort couldn’t clear it. He’s useless on this roster.
They’re not a conference finals, Stanley Cup contender good, but come on there’s 24 other teams playing fucking golf today.Off of Carlo.
Maybe this team just sucks.
I seriously don’t know what they see in that guy.Second year in a row that Monty wedges him in after missing a chunk of the end of the season. Communication and fitness both awful, to say nothing of his ability level.
Doesn’t help that their three highest paid defensemen are also dogshit. McAvoy is a mental midget, and Lindholm and Carlo are soft as puppyshit.I seriously don’t know what they see in that guy.
They don’t suck, but Florida is very very good.Carlo unable to box out.
Maybe this team just sucks.
Imagine the people who paid big $$ to see this team put 8 shots on net.8 shots on goal in 2 periods. GJGE.
23 in 5. Since Game 1, Florida’s been non-stop dragging their nuts across the Bruins’ face.8 shots on goal in 2 periods. GJGE.
Exactly. Air is all the way out of the balloon now.Couple of great shifts and they looked like they’d get back in it. And then it’s suddenly 3-0.
Coaches decision. Forbort fullfills some wish of Monty that no one else can see.I do not have the hockey IQ to know if this is strictly a Forbort problem, but I certainly think it’s a coaching/approach problem.
I want that changed. I think the personnel is ill suited to do what they’re being asked to do from the top down. All the forwards AND defensemen have made horrendous plays trying to exit the puck from a zone. And this has been going on in the regular and postseason.
To my untrained eye/brain? That’s coaching.
Yeah just not enough talent up front. Swayman has kept this close (until the PP), but they need more horses.Game 5: 1 goal
Game 6 1 goal (with 0.01 left)
Game 7: 2 goals (OT)
Game 1: 5 goals
Game 2: 1 goal
Game 3: 0 goals
They can’t score. This is the problem.
Yeah no I’m not absolving them, the bigger problem is that they have about $17 million invested in defensemen that look like they can’t play in the playoffs. At least they could have the decency to also suck in the regular season so we could at least rebuild. But no, they’re going to be good enough to make the playoffs and maybe squeak out if the first round and then have to rebuild in 5 years.Doesn’t help that their three highest paid defensemen are also dogshit.
Major problem. Lucky it didn’t kill them last series. Last 4 periods they have been outshot 50-17. Not good .Game 5: 1 goal
Game 6 1 goal (with 0.01 left)
Game 7: 2 goals (OT)
Game 1: 5 goals
Game 2: 1 goal
Game 3: 0 goals
They can’t score. This is the problem.
No the coaches’ strategy sucks. Pastrnak knows it sucks, you can tell.I do not have the hockey IQ to know if this is strictly a Forbort problem, but I certainly think it’s a coaching/approach problem.

Teams have come back from 3 down in this very postseason. Maybe makes someone feel better to boo, but as unlikely as coming back from 3 down is, it’s even harder if you can’t get a little support. Can’t imagine booing our guys, but I can certainly understand the sentiment
4Game 5: 1 goal
Game 6 1 goal (with 0.01 left)
Game 7: 2 goals (OT)

That’s what I’m saying. The approach is faulty. No the coaches’ strategy sucks. Pastrnak knows it sucks, you can tell.
I don’t get the booing tonight. It’s just not there for them in any way. Can’t imagine booing our guys, but I can certainly understand the sentiment
Absolutely.Game 5: 1 goal
Game 6 1 goal (with 0.01 left)
Game 7: 2 goals (OT)
Game 1: 5 goals
