Every fucking time Carolina hits someone, their elbows are up at shoulder/head level. Every fucking time.
I'm on record on SoSH as wanting fighting out of the game (and I'm probably wrong about that), but I am not at all opposed to seeing one of these fucks get massacred by Chara or Clifton.

I know they’re not gonna lose this game but I’d rather not give Carolina a sense of hope going into game 3. I want them beaten like a rented mule.
I don't think any Hurricanes took those last two goals as any kind of victory.. the game was well over.
I don't see how those two goals can give Carolina much hope - perfect redirect and a gift. Meanwhile their goalie is leaky as hell.
The difference between Kadri on DeBrusk and Hamilton on Heinen isn't all that great. Anyone confident the tape gets reviewed? I'm not, particularly.
Not bloody likely, no. Dougie doesn’t have Kadri’s reputation and it wasn’t as blatant an attempt to injure.
From what I saw Hamilton was skating in that direction anyway and it appears to me he *mostly* skated into him and added the extra hit by opportunity. Douche move to the nth degree and I really wanted to see someone take him to task, but I did not get the malicious vibe of Kadri. Just the douche vibe we know and have come to expect.
Hamilton loves engaging someone else who’s already tangled up with another player. It’s a supremely douchey and cowardly move. Someone needs to give him a rap on the beak.
It’s right there for the taking. I don’t get the sense that Carolina will bring the kind of firepower to really put the Bruins away in any game, but the first home game for a team is always a good test. There were certainly times in game 1 where they were the better side. Can’t be too confident about their situation in net though. Bs are currently an extremely difficult team to play against.

They say a series doesn't start until the road team wins... I think the key difference is the goal tending. The B's offense doesn't hurt either, but Rask has made a one goal lead feel almost insurmountable this series. Nice to see all four lines putting pressure on them though and pretty much all producing... now keep Bergeron out of the penalty box and we're almost perfect.
Certainly nowhere near the same degree of malevolence as Kadri, but a cross-check to the head is a cross-check to the head. At first I thought the Canes were unaware that the puck had gone in, then I realized they were just douchbags.
