Um, James is not really hitting his spots much. This could get a bit more interesting than I'd like it to be.

Poor Billy Beane will never have his team get hot at the right time.

Not to interrupt the KC-LAAA game, but living here in the Baltimore area is rapidly approaching the surreal with the amount of bandwagon jumping Orioles fans multiplying like a rat colony. Yesterday I was in Starbucks (and no, I didn't run into Peter King) with my older son and I am in a Red Sox t-shirt. We're standing there waiting for his drink when some 20-something guy walks up to me and announces rather loudly "You're done! The Orioles are going to beat you!" and stares at me. I looked at my son and we both burst out laughing. I told the guy that if he was going to root for the Orioles it would be good to know who they're playing, as the Red Sox weren't in the playoffs. He stood there for a few seconds and then said "Oh" and walked away.

Would these Royals be the worst team ever to win the World Series if they were to do so?

How are you ranking the teams?

2006 STL Cards won their division with 83 games and went on to win the World Series.

'06 Cardinals.

They at least had an all-time great and two other borderline HOFers in their lineup for most of the season, and they had been really good for the two previous years.

Anybody else watching on MLB app and having trouble. At the bar watching the Pats game and the app keeps crashing. Just wondering if it's something on my end
