I mean, Paxton leaving early is a big factor today, so yes I think Chaim gets a bit of blame.

Winck needed to bridge innings here, for those saying just yank him.
Unless Bloom literally called down to the dugout and insisted Cora leave Wink well after it was obvious to everyone he didn't have it, which was after the first inning, then that is total horseshit.
I don't care how bad the roster is or isn't. Nobody forces Cora to make it even worse.

Winck has been a multi-inning every 3-4 days, Cora pivoting away from that role when the pen suddenly needs extra innings today just wasn't happening.

So leave him in to lose the game because he is always supposed to pitch 2-3+ innings? That is even worse than your first claim. By that argument, Paxton should have been left in because he always goes at least six, no matter how his knee feels.

By yours Paxton should've come out after the HR. Then he would not have gotten hurt.
Fire Cora.
And Bloom.
And Paxton's parents for such fragile genes

A starter giving up a run in four innings but otherwise being solid is not the same thing and you know it.
