Probably good for Yoshida to learn that particular lesson early.Yoshida a tad aggressive there
Up and down. He's done some painting and drawn some swings and misses, but also left some fastballs high in the zone that have been hit hard. Good defense behind him has helped.Traveling and sporadically checking in - how does Bello look?
Yarp.We just saw how much faster Tapia is than Yoshida, I think.
Yay bottom of the order runsEveryone assumes LF Fenway is easy to play, and it is, but this Kwan kid is doing an exemplary job.
Yay, runs!
Following in his father's footsteps.Nice ABs by everyone…Plesac doing his part but still.
His uncle could get some major league hitters out, but you're probably right about his father.Following in his father's footsteps.
Superglue was invented for battlefield medicine!Yikes that nail looked ugly.
Brilliant.Game 28
Only two pages for yesterday’s thread.
A mundane matchup or impending dread?
Is it a sign the season’s in ruins,
or were we busy watching the Bruins?
Perhaps some of us go out Friday night.
My life is dull. I stay home, watch, and write
couplets and struggle with meter and rhyme,
wondering if it’s a grand waste of time.
Yet, deep in my heart, I hope that it’s not.
I wait for the day the Sox will get hot,
get guys on base and actually score’em,
and back fun and fans to this forum.
Though writing these poems may take time to do,
I’d love to write more than one-sixty-two.
I hate to draw the comparison, but Bello reminds me of Pedro so much.Youks just mentioned Refsnyder and I realized I haven't seen him lately. Whuzzup?
Best yet in my book. Thanks!Game 28

I wonder what you're seeing, because he's 9 games into a hitting streak that has him 15/38 with as many XBH as strikeouts. And what's happened to Masa? Not good lately.
I am only seeing my extremely high expectations. He just looks off today. So, very recently.I wonder what you're seeing, because he's 9 games into a hitting streak that has him 15/38 with as many XBH as strikeouts.
I dunno, when someone hits that pole, I bow down315ft, that's extremely cheap
