There’s probably like 4 of them in the upper level, maybe fewer.Gonna piss off existing season ticket holders. I expect good seats won’t be available at that price.
I bet you can google that. I also bet the answer is the same as if you asked about Fenway: it depends how close. How much is parking at Chase Field?
It has been a minute since I sat in the upper deck at Yankee stadium, but I think the $299 price might cover one June series against the Tigers not the whole season.According to the D'backs website, the tickets available for this deal are all upper level

The only year my family had season tickets was in 2001 and we were sitting in the middle of the bleacher creatures out there. It was $8 a ticket, $648 for the whole year, more than 20 years ago.Quick google search says the cheapest season tickets are a little over $2100 for the Yankees and $4100 for the Red Sox
You can get outfield grandstand tickets that are cheaperHow so?
Do they sell those as full season tickets? You can get outfield grandstand tickets that are cheaper
YesDo they sell those as full season tickets?
btw, it helps if you spell out your response instead of something like “not true”. It’s no fun to have to pull teeth to get a full answer.
The numbers are not off by much. @Just a bit outside ’s point is fairly well made.Yes
There’s nothing to spell out
At $700 you're talking roughly $8.50 per game. That's not happening for a full season. How much would it cost for the Red Sox or Yankees to offer something like this? $600? $700?
They could do SRO for about $$1,600 but they’d have to tie the ticket to a person and not make them transferrable. At $700 you're talking roughly $8.50 per game. That's not happening for a full season.
10.1 K, 2.4 BB per 9 is very good. But 1.5 HR isn't, he's going to be 36, and his last 3 years have been 104.1, 0, and 106.1 IP. Price is about right but I don't feel like we missed out, provided they pick up at least two guys better than him.
Comerica will suppress some of those HRs.10.1 K, 2.4 BB per 9 is very good. But 1.5 HR isn't, he's going to be 36, and his last 3 years have been 104.1, 0, and 106.1 IP. Price is about right but I don't feel like we missed out, provided they pick up at least two guys better than him.
Don't sleep on Kerry Carpenter, either. A bit of a late bloomer, but started to look like he was putting it together last year.Granted, this is not the first time people have had this thought about this version of the Tigers, but they could be a stealth contender next year. Manning and Skubal were good, they'll get Mize back, Tork broke through, Greene is good, and - perhaps most importantly - the bar in the AL Central is not high.
I wouldn't bet money on it or anything, but I wouldn't be shocked, either.
Don't think he'd be a fit for Red Sox - but always liked Gray... but man Cards are getting older and older...Looks like the Cards are adding Sonny Gray to their list of bodies.

Gray at 3/$75 seems like a good move when your team's best players are 36 and 33.Don't think he'd be a fit for Red Sox - but always liked Gray... but man Cards are getting older and older...
With Milwaukee looking like they're about to take a step back, though, the NLCentral could be up for grabsMaybe, but its not gonna get them over the hump.
Right, the Cubs might also lose two of their best players from last year to free agency. We’re all excited about the young Reds, but no guarantees they’ll follow a linear trajectory to success. The Cardinals are still a team with a lot of talent on paper. With Milwaukee looking like they're about to take a step back, though, the NLCentral could be up for grabs

Both the speed and numbers are a little surprising considering how many teams aren't sure of their local TV deals right now. They obviously aren't too concerned about lost revenue.Things appear to be moving pretty quick. Which is what happened last year with lots of deals getting done before the Winter Meetings.
The rush to sign/trade for mid-tier players suggests to me that teams are more interested in picking up those guys than breaking the bank on the top-tier guys. Both the speed and numbers are a little surprising considering how many teams aren't sure of their local TV deals right now. Seems like a good thing for Verdugo's trade market.Jason Heyward back to the Dodgers on a 1-year deal.

He isn't what they need.Probably mentioned in some thread somewhere, but on Friday night Mike Tirico said Snell wants to pitch for his home-state Mariners

take it for what it's worth
Only way it makes sense to me is if signing him allow them to trade one of the young starters for a packageHe isn't what they need.
There were some mighty fine appaloosas in that image search.I mean, you can go ogle "Trout Phillies" on the interwebs ...
