So Hudson into Doolittle for the final two, right? Anyone else possible?

The first time I got banned from nyyfans.com was for arguing to trade A-Rod (who I had disliked since TEX) to the Angels in 2007 (?) for a very young Ervin Santana and Howie Kendrick, no one needs the Michael Jackson of MLB or at least I didn't. That was maybe wrong but the other two did have some serious careers after that at least.

Harris is a magician, he constantly gets people to swing at pitches so far away from the plate.

I’m sure only I find this interesting but I looked it up so I might as well post it. The Nats have 160 pitches tonight through 7. They have lost their only two games this post season when they threw more than 157 pitches. In their wins this postseason they have averaged 138 pitches per game, and that includes a 10 inning game. Even with pitchers batting in DC I bet they don’t throw fewer than 150 in a game this series. They really seem like an excellently constructed NL team. If they pull this out it is going to require something unexpected from some pitchers not accustomed to going as long.

Here are the results.

122 W
173 L
138 W
207 L
138 W
157 (10 innings) W
118 W
129 W
148 W
157 W

Hudson with 8 pitches coming into the 8th against 8/9/1, Doolittle has been back to very good but a lefty against the top of that lineup is tough, as Chapman will attest to.

this pen is gonna sink this teams chances. astros are too patient to have many of these games be starter dominated. Mookie would have caught it
