Kris Dunn seems like a nice enough player, but that he's the center piece in all of the deals being discussed seems crazy to me.

I don't want the C's to force a trade, but that my just me and my optimism about the future against the cynicism about today. If every team is breaking down Ainge's door to get Dunn...doesn't that kind of indicate the Celtics may be sitting on a winning lottery ticket?

Meh -- we have draft pick volume already. This would just increase the Maine roster overload.
You don't need them on the same team, but it sure would be nice to have them on the same team. If it's something like #3 + Crowder, I'd do it, but I still wouldn't like losing Jae.

Why not?
They'd be a good combo at 2/3 playing big, and 3/4 playing small.
Don't get the point for Chicago, who'd be blowing it up, holding out for a vet who is best used as a glue guy for a contender.
I'd think they'd be on Smart.

FWIW, Kris Dunn’s camp believes Boston won’t do the deal with Philly, keep the pick and take Dunn #3. But Bulls still in the mix.
