Tatum's been hot since he got pushed in the back going for that dunk. Seemed a little personal tonight against him, but those are green-colored glasses.
Yup. This is that kind of MSG game in late winter. It had that feel from the rip. It feels like they happen every season.
No. I can watch these games unbiased to the officiating and this has been one of the most one-sided NBA officiated games I’ve seen in a long time.
Sorry, but I disagree. Celtics shot themselves in the foot by shooting so poorly and playing pretty uninterested defense. Add in the one sided whistle and that's it. If the shooting/defense were better, they'd have won. The Knicks didn't really do anything special.
Stupid Knicks and their stupid fans and their dumb vermin infested cellar. And Thibs and his muck-it-up style of hoops. This game had suck all over it the minute it was put on the schedule.

The implication was the Celts got fucked by the refs. They got fucked by the Knicks. Knicks played well and hard all night.
Sure, the Knicks played better than the Celtics tonight and the officials were also an all-around train wreck.
Why can't both be true? Just because someone says the officiating was bad, it doesn't necessarily mean that they think the Celtics played perfectly or the opponent didn't play hard.

Shouldn’t be overlooked how much Jaylen was missed tonight. On a night where they couldn’t throw it into the ocean, it would have been nice to have his slashing ability.
This game is just so Midtown. Its a really gross place if you spend any time there. Its messy and dirty and rude and it sucks.

I was at that XMAS game in 1985 at MSG. And I took a fair amount of good natured shit. But told the MF knick fans, " you won tonight, but we'll be playing the Lakers in the Finals." I almost had it r.ight
They really haven’t been playing that well since the all star game and could easily being 0-3. Yet they squeaked 2 games out and are 2–1. I do take solace in that but have to get over this all start break hangover and move on.
Besides the fine masonry from the C’s there is cause for concern with how Timelord is getting pushed around. Could not maintain balance and be an effective defensive presence. Hoping he can round into form
