Only 8 assists, but it's awfully hard to get assists when everyone's missing their shots.

The 12-0 run was fueled by Smart playing bully ball and backing down Brunson and Tatum seemed to get something going by getting to the free throw line and improvising from there.

Then it went back to drive and kick and Tatum threes off of screens and it all fell apart again.

That's probably Thibs making the decision to force the Cs to shoot their way out of it.

I played some drunken pop-a-shot last night, and it looked a lot like the Cs that half.

When Marcus looks in the mirror, he sees Steph Curry looking back.

Yeah, let's just sit the guys who have played well all year round, in favor of a guy who really hasn't. Yeah, that's the ticket.
Or let's just let Marcus keep jacking up 3s.

Should Muscala stay stapled to the bench as well?

When Marcus is playing within himself he's the best of the 3 for the starting unit. When he's not Joe needs to run White and Brogdon more just to let him know its not ok

....like that stupid 3

The C's defense might be worse than their shooting tonite, which is saying something.

Tatum nowhere near potential MVP status as far as the entire ref corps is concerned.

Quickley and Brunson both do that throw your head back on every dribble thing. I thought the league was cutting down on unnatural shooting stuff where you're just throwing yourself into the defender.

Breen and Frazier on MSG, to their credit, are incredulous at the whistle the Knicks are getting tonight.

Breen is secretly pretty good calling Knicks games. The national stakes make him worse, in no small part thanks to two of the worst booth partners a guy could have in any sports.
