OK, I usually don’t care enough to complain about announcers, but Romo just wounded my soul.

When Romo was talking about how the FG isn’t a guarantee because the ball might be slippery, I would have loved Nantz to throw in a “you would know.”

Romo is in deep denial about Buffalo’s chances in this game. Will anger, bargaining, depression follow, setting the stage for acceptance in time for next week’s kick off?

Sporting of the Bengals not to pass the ball once the Bills had no secondary left.

Cincinnati is just obviously better. They have been since they figured it out late last year, with a stumble earlier this season.

This game is playing out like the logical conclusion of the cancelled regular season game.
AFCCG could be a classic.

Speaking of nonsensical rules, can someone explain why a 5 yard penalty inside the 5 yard line isn’t a first down?
I don’t really mind it given how tilted the rules are toward the offense at this point.

If you wanna also call a false start from inside your own 5 a safety, then I’m all ears.

Are you asking because you’re curious about my spur-of-the-moment opinion or are you just trying out righteous indignation to see how it fits? It’s a god damn GDT. I also don’t care for butterscotch. Discuss.
Is Freddy in Lynn about two humans fornicating or a (non fornicating)geographical reference?

Calm yourself—your observation defied reason to me, ergo the question. I have a hard time getting “indigna[nt]” over NFL games in which the Pats don’t play.

What’s especially unfair is that the offense gets the full penalty. I think someone once proposed a wacky rule that on a line of scrimmage penalty, the offense only has to go back as many yards as the defense would be penalized on half the distance.
