Why is Garrett playing anyone of importance here? Risking injury and potentially getting Rodgers into the playoffs.
They gameplanned in practice Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday that this would be a game they needed to win, and at least as a fan, I wouldn't want the starters not taking a meaningful snap in a few weeks heading into the playoffs.

But they've all had a good night's work. A bad injury to Prescott or EE spoils the season.

I'm quite sure I don't believe they are ruined without Prescott: it's not like Romo isn't good. EE is great but the OL is good enough that any running back will be OK.

I love Tony Romo but he has not taken a regular season snap since Thanksgiving Day last year, and has had another surgery and another back injury since then. I would be very concerned putting him out there, cause it isn't 2014 Tony Romo walking into the huddle.

Boy, Dallas are really tempting fate here. Not just playing the starters but calling QB runs

The 718
Dez being a lefty made that impossible to sniff out until it was a done deal. Very nice.

Right. Romo is 36, played in four games last year and none this year and, as you say, had had surgery and an injury in the last year.

And EE is the league MVP.

But you could just plug anyone into the QB or RB position and Dallas would be just fine.

I think that personal foul penalty was it - they were holding that drive, it was a close game, and that penalty just killed their ability to stop that drive, and it's been over since

Dallas had gone like 55 yards in 4 plays and that was on a first down run. I think their D just sucks.
