Could really use a KC win tonight. Gets Denver out, gives Miami nothing to risk playing for, and keeps KC in as the 2 seed.
KC is Denver's matchup nightmare. Von Miller looks helpless. KC's line is mauling the Denver thugs, and the pass rush means nothing because the ball is out too quick.

I am glad Chris and Al don't see the need to mention that Hill may be talented but is also a terrible person....
Yeah, there are articles on the front page of ESPN about Patriots fans cheering for Floyd and this POS Hill is being heralded.

Nah. Domestic abuse is okay. On the other hand, the announcers mentioned Floyd's DUI about 30 times yesterday.

*I'm not saying DUI is good, but the disparity with which the NFL focuses on this stuff is interesting

All of this is true but Floyd's DUI was recent and Hill's domestic assault happened over two years ago. So it's not quite as fresh. Plus, the NFL tries to bury all cases of domestic abuse. Because they care.

So Denver's Defense decided to show the Offense what it is like to play with a bad unit?

Missing Ward and Marshall probably doesn't help things.

It is interesting the Broncos, the defending SB champs, are on the verge of missing the playoffs. The Pats are the last team to repeat as SB champs. And looking at their past opponents are generally one of the few teams what even made it back to the playoffs after a SB appearance.
Prior to the Pats it was the 97-98 Broncos (who of course violated the salary cap to achieve this feat).
Prior to that it was the Aikman / Smith / Irving Cowboys, who did it prior to the salary cap era.

Showing once again how amazing the Pats run has been.

Neither this game not this season is going to do much to dispel notion Kubiak is one of weakest coaches to win super bowl (bottom five?)

Great research. Thanks. So besides Brady's injury and the early 2002 team, Pats always made it back. And generally the Pats have made it far the playoffs (owing to often having a bye).

Okay, not a lot of action in this thread, so I'll take the time to wish everyone here a Merry Christmas, happy Chanukah and/or Kwanzaa, and to say that I'm sad George Michael will no longer be kissing a fool. Or being a fool getting kissed. Something. It really does suck. As does this nightcap game so far.

Edit because typos

Floyd is also a member of the Patriots. The panel at ESPN amplifies everything the Patriots do good and bad.
