So, is that back-to-back plays or was there one in between?
The hit on Ryan was clean because he started his slide late and the defender had already committed to the hit.

So Dan Quinn's assistants were quizzing him on what to do in certain game situations?  He's like the bizarro Belichick.

This Saints defense is absolutely putrid.

Saints have been giving up a ridiculous 6.5 yards per play, worst in the league.

It's embarrassing to only put up 14 against this D.

Brees got risky there and dodged the bullet. Shovel pass while in the grasp and end zone ball right to a Falcon. Yet they survive and score. Could have been a big flip there. Seems over now

Good on DeAngelo Williams:

While Williams won't be able to wear pink next month, he has continued to help fight the disease. Through his foundation, he is again funding mammograms for 53 women at different centers. It's a program he started last year with two cancer screening centers in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is now expanding to centers in Tennessee and Pennsylvania.

I am so fired up for today's lineup. Buffalo-Cincy at 1, as well as potentially good games in Denver-Clev and Arizona-Pitt. Carolina-Seattle at 4 should be hard hitting and close. Then of course the main event. NFL!

Do we have a rooting interest in Cincy-Buffalo?
Pats fans should go for Buffalo for the home field aspect.

Jets fans go for Nati because of wild card (assumes nati wins their division)

Plus I don't like Rex so I support simply red

Jets/skins battle of defensive juggernauts and the battle of which mediocre qb makes fewer mistakes... I can't believe you overlooked that one.

Just watched Jets Flight Plan and seeing and hearing Bowles is so refreshing. Serious without being dour, relaxed because he knows he is prepared. Respect for opponent without the excessive Lou Holtz fawning. I just hope Woody leaves this guy alone.

Dreadful throw by Manuel. Flip a coin on if this is a catch, but Rex may have once again been caught up in the emotions challenging this one so early.

I think the ground helped him catch that, should be incomplete. He had has hands on the side of the ball, not under.

Manning with a 1 yard slant on 3rd and 5.
As the commentators keep talking about the Denver offense's decline. Without ever mentioning Manning's arm falling off.

Edit- As they get a first on an impressive move by Sanders to commit offensive PI twice. Once by blocking his man downfield, then by tripping the intended WRs man.

LOL holy shit Pats get called for OPI and Denver gets away with that? Sanders just ran straight ahead and pushed a guy 10 yards downfield before the throw.
