The Saints aren't bad, but they're not close to good enough to be uncompetitive with. This is a Pats are legitimately one of the worst 3 teams in the league type of day.

True, but the offense can’t even get a first down and the special teams keeps putting the defense on short fields. Most defenses aren’t going to hold up after repeated three and outs on short fields. They need a breather.
