I woke up with a mild sore throat, so I’m observing the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior (Saviour?) by placing a $10 bet on Arsenal +260 instead of church + brunch. That said, @67YAZ is correct that I should probably be rooting for a draw.

California. Duh.
Glad that one's over. Brighton are a nightmare for Liverpool.

They have both Arsenal and City at the Amex left, definitely wouldn't mind a little help.

Hope you're back up on your feet in less than 3 days.

Ideally I guess - a City win is a serious blow to Arsenal and the converse as well. I’d take a draw over an Arsenal win.
Consensus on BBC is that City are unlikely to drop any points after today, while Arsenal are always a risk to Arsenal it, so the Arsenal win probably leaves Liverpool more breathing room.

Got back from the market to see that the Reds did what they needed to do today. The first half had me nervous; Brighton always a tough out. Top of table!

City a little less sure in the midfield with Lewis in for Ake. Gvardiol out there swinging on crosses from the left side? Arsenal need to press this advantage now before Pep tweaks the tactics at half.

Jesus, this ref just gave Man City another attacking possession because he thinks a push in the back right in front of him is not a foul.

Hello friends. Gave up social media for Lent, so my penance is over. My sacrifice evidently wasn't enough to buy me peace on earth, given what the Toffees inflicted on me yesterday.

Title is up for grabs IMO. In the recent past, the frontrunner, usually City, has been such a juggernaut that if the trailers failed to get three points in any given week it was declared over in April. Not so this season IMO. Any of the top three are capable of crapping the bed in a fixture, even against bottom-half opposition. Should be fun.

Beto is having a bit of mare for Everton. Nothing really working. Even the diving has been sub par. But DCL hasn't a goal in 23 matches. Pickford coming up with a fine save just so Everton can go into half time a mere goal behind.
