Big Dick Nick broke his collarbone. That is really a shame for Jacksonville. After all those Bortles years, that killer loss to the Pats, and the lost season last year, they went in on Foles and he's already out for an extended period.
Seriously, they may have finally found a BB disciple that can HC effectively.
I don't think Foles injury is season ending. Imagine he'd be out for awhile though.
In addition to this, I think the Jets’ defensive performance today is going to look good with a bit of hindsight. Josh Allen is still inconsistent, but he has stretches where he makes good decisions and looks like an elite QB in the making. That offense is going to move the ball most weeks much better than it did today.
Richard Sherman is going to HATE this new PI challenge rule. He may lead the league in getting PIs on challenges.
The D looked really good until CJ got hurt. They already lost their second best linebacker in preseason. They have no depth. The last GM was a real problem. I’m hoping they got it right this time. Douglas has at least been trying to address the proper concerns.
Looked like a coverage bust against a seam run through a two deep coverage but couldn’t tell for sure since that replay sucked.
