Triston McKenzie is such a neat kid, so well-spoken and nice, at least in an interview I saw with him on mlbn.

Crud, I thought I had a channel package that included ESPN so I could watch this one, but apparently I was mistaken. May have to do some digging, don’t want to drop $35 for sling for effectively a handful of games.
Re Sabathia. I can't get over big guys like him and Ortiz wearing little-old-ladies-in-the-fifties earrings.
It's looking as though you had the right idea, but I guess they have to protect him for the rest of the post-season and next year.
I had other commitments and knew I was going to miss the first half the game... I assumed that would also mean missing a run or two. At least I got to see the last couple of outs from future Cy Young Award winner Dr. Sticks.
What's interesting to me is that most of his pitches are at the top of the zone, and I'm pretty sure that's intentional.

Margot also made one of the dumbest stolen base attempts I've ever seen less than two weeks ago against Cleveland when he was thrown out by a mile trying to swipe third base in extra innings.
For those who don't know, Cleveland's most famous fan – John Adams, aka "Drum Guy" – hasn't been able to attend a game since 2019 due to the pandemic and then serious thyroid and heart problems. He's one of only 12 members of the Guardian's "Distinguished Hall of Fame" for non-uniformed personnel. He's still watching at home and has a special place at the top of the left field bleachers.
