Patrick Chung arrested

Former Patriots safety Patrick Chung is due in court Tuesday after the 34-year-old was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a family/household member.
A criminal complaint confirmed that Chung was arrested following a Monday incident in Milton. The complaint did not reveal any additional details.

From his troubles in NH a couple years ago when they chose not to prosecute his cocaine possession charges. No idea on when that clock starts but the incident was August 2019, the plea deal was January 2020.

In exchange, Chung must stay out of legal trouble for two years, perform 40 hours of community service related to drug abuse prevention and education, and submit to monthly drug tests for one year and quarterly drug tests for the second year.
If Chung fails to meet those requirements, prosecutors can reinstate the single felony cocaine possession charge against him, according to the agreement.
