Have you ever tried doing anything athletic at a higher elevation? It's crazy noticeable how quickly you get winded if you spend all your time near sea level, and you have way better lungs when you go in the opposite direction. It is a very real advantage

My theory is that the Cs - unlike most other championship contenders - don't have a play that thry can run that they know the opponents can't stop. NT is a great player and can do almost everything well but he's not a mismatch the way LBJ, Steph, Jokic, or even Butler can be. The Cs have to execute at a higher level because they just can't throw it to JT and tell him to get a bucket. JT needs that one shot that's unstoppable. IMO.
Denver media thought the Celtics would be tough match-up for the Nuggets. A little bit of rock, paper, scissors with Miami, Boston, and Denver.
When I was living at ~9000 ft, there was a training facility that a lot of the top runners trained at. I do mean this in earnest, I wonder if the C's could regulate the air in their training facility to be more like higher elevations. I greatly noticed the difference moving there and when I went to sea level

I don’t care if they want to talk about altitude effects on the game. That’s maybe a three minute one time segment before game 1. I’m reacting to the dumb 5280 on the court and the otherwise in your face aspects of the City’s nickname. Who fucking cares. It’s approximate, arbitrary, temporary, uninteresting, and has nothing to do with anything that any person actually did. I think I can count on one hand the number of city nicknames I even know and these fuckers can’t shut up.
