It's dumb, but also exactly the type of thing they have been calling since pre-season. Easiest way to get called is standing over the guy as he tries to get up.

He stood near him. Kind of a different thing.

This is a phenomenal back door cover by the Eagles
Ugh. Fell asleep watching; woke up to this news. Have to respect the 2PC in that spot, though.

Agree with what you (I think) said upthread about Minshew starting ahead of Hurts, at least for now. If the Eagles drop completely out of it, I might switch back to Hurts for the last month for talent evaluation purposes, as Minshew clearly isn’t the long-term solution. For now, however, I assume the Eagles are focused on winning games. Minshew gives them the best chance to do that.

WTF Tua had the first down right in front of him and then decides to toss it 5 yards over everybody's head instead of taking the sure first.

The Ringer did a story about this and it really is hilarious when you think about it.

The NFL literally gives London the absolute garbage. It's not even close, it is truly the trash. Atlanta.(hilariously incompetent) The Jets.(not much needs to be said here) The Miami Lolz.(bad team, terrible QB, trending down) And Jacksonville.(a team with a losing streak of like 20 games)

What's the point of this endeavor if they are going to give England such laughable games?

I believe it has to do with hosting the Super Bowl. They made a rule that teams vying to host the Super Bowl has to have played in London within a certain number of years. That’s why you don’t see teams like the Chiefs, the Pats, the Bills, etc. These teams volunteer to go.

It's funny. These games are unbelievable. You couldn't pick 4 worse teams. Maybe swap the Giants for Miami and it would be worse. That's about it.

Lawrence will be a good player if he survives Meyer. Easy to see the tools everyone fell in love with.
There is no question Lawrence is awesome. He's strong, great arm, can run, tough. Unbelievable hair!

He's on a really bad team. But he's great and will continue to be great. He will survive Meyer.

The more I watch Tua, the more I think he has all of Mac's flaws without the ball placement and decisiveness Mac has. Much more fragile too. Don't think he's the kind of guy that'll get you anywhere.

The NFL wouldn’t give Jacksonville another Super Bowl would they? I was at the last one, the setup was a disaster and the city had no business hosting an event like that.

Miami, New Orleans, LA, Arizona, Vegas. No other city needs to be in the mix.

It potentially gives the team a chance for the SB. But the Jags won't get it again. Khan wants to play in London because he owns a soccer team.

I’ll bet Khan nets more $$ with 7 home games and a “home” game in London. Also, it contributes to a perception that he’s willing to move the team under the right circumstances, which benefits him whether he intends to move the team or not.

Ah that makes more sense.
They are changing the London game rules going forward, there will be some divisional matchups.

But basically you have to offer your team up to go to London, get extra money for doing so, and lose out on a home game. Needless to say, this gives bad teams inventive to just take the money because losing a home game doesn't matter for the potential of the season. If you do this, you might get the Super Bowl. But probably not. That's just a weird quirk of the London games.
