Tough holding call on the Packers there.

What kind of defense is that, with the DB falling off of coverage to the outside, when there's nobody outside to cover.

Carolina is just a bad football team right now.  Defense doesn't anything like the top unit it was last season, and the offense appears to have gone backwards for the second year in a row.

No way Stafford was in there, but can they overturn it?
I think they've got the angle to overrule it, but I don't know if they will.

That should be grounding on Smith, that ball did not cross the LoS in bounds.

WTF is that call on the field goal in GB/CHI?  They called a hold on a defensive lineman who just put his hands up on the blocker's chest.  Ridiculous call, leading to another Packers TD.

Are you sure that's the rule?

Here's the digest on NFL.com; nothing about the ball needing to cross the line in bounds.

It's unclear, maybe you're right.

I still love how this is interpreted:

Intentional grounding will be called when a passer, facing an imminent loss of yardage due to pressure from the defense, throws a forward pass without a realistic chance of completion.
Throw it 30 yards OoB over your receiver's head = realistic chance of completion.
