What confused me about the last Rodgers fumble is how the Niners came out with the ball, but then they called Packers ball and somehow immediately got to the line to clock it. How did the Packers get the football to the ref?? I thought for sure the clock was going to run out.
Nice try, Dak Prescott.

57 Niners hands the ball to the refs but doesn’t celebrate. Seems like Pack Oline guy must have had it and been called down. Or something got fucked up. Academic because kick missed.

i don’t see it this way at all

seeing some low scoring, close games is great imo. We don’t see this kind of football enough anymore
I’m not a fan of sloppy football but ok. I guess dropped passes and terrible throws is kind of fun.

In about 1978, WGAN-TV (which later became WGME) interviewed my dad outside the Jordan Marsh at the Mall about this time of year. I was there (about eight years old) and for some reason I was wearing my mother's puffy coat, and when we gathered around the TV that night I saw that I looked like the Michelin Man.
I think the first suit I ever owned came from that same Jordan Marsh.

Somewhat related, there are two times in my life I have been in a car in whiteout conditions. One was coming back from the Maine Mall when I was maybe 12 years old. My mother followed the tail lights of the car in front of us right off the side of 295 somewhere around Cumberland. We were doing maybe 5-10 mph at the time so no damage done but we and several other cars were stuck. It was a long cold night waiting for a tow truck to show up and pull us all out. The second time was on the Carson Pass Highway in the Sierras when I was driving to Kirkwood in a blizzard. That was terrifying because I was afraid that I would drive off a cliff and plunge to my death not to be found until the spring thaw.

Was considering a Preds game but they'll be on the road. Bluebird looks like fun. Only holds 90 though and it'll be a Saturday night.
Bluebird is awesome. I’m not a country fan but I definitely enjoyed it. You have to be online right as the tickets go on sale for the night in question.
