The Warriors don't leave a ton of choice.Great. Now I have to root for LeBron again. I always hat myself in the morning.
sounds familiarIf Houston was shooting 29% from 3 right now, they'd be up 100-89.
7-14 from 3 point landCurry needs 1 rebound for a triple double.
Things are starting to get noisy in my neighborhood.Might want to cover Durant.
NBA might want to give these teams a week offTwo teams are a combined 18/34 from the free throw line. WOOOF
Big shove of Curry there before the timeout, no callRockets would still likely be up with reasonable 3rd quarter ref'ing, which is insane.
His team played incredibly tough, adjusted when shots didn't fall to attack, and got royally screwed by the refs. I didn't like their overly slow isoball early in the series, but I thought D'Antoni outcoached Kerr pretty badly in the series.D’Antoni basketball
It’s gonna be a decimation. Golden State might sweep and outscore them by 100.GS/CLE round 4. Hope the ratings are shit
Outcome was completely decided at that point.Big shove of Curry there before the timeout, no call
You think so? I could see it going 6.It’s gonna be a decimation. Golden State might sweep and outscore them by 100.
And LeBron will spend the entire series showing up his teammates while ESPN blows him for his heroic effortsIt’s gonna be a decimation. Golden State might sweep and outscore them by 100.
Should have been 31-14Free throws 22-14 favor of Houston.
It might go 5 if Golden State lays off the gas in game 3, but the talent disparity is absurd. You think so? I could see it going 6.
I think it will go 5. A lot sweeter to win a championship at home. It’s gonna be a decimation. Golden State might sweep and outscore them by 100.
They do that to cover up the conspiracy. Follow..the..money..Free throws 22-14 favor of Houston.
Nah. Every night they have someone showing up. They’re unstoppable. This is not the 2017 Warriors. Too inconsistent. Needed hero ball from Klay in Game 6 and Steph/Durant tonight to overcome slow starts. Who knows which version shows up in th finals.
it won't matter against this version of the CavsThis is not the 2017 Warriors. Too inconsistent. Needed hero ball from Klay in Game 6 and Steph/Durant tonight to overcome slow starts. Who knows which version shows up in th finals.
I think the Warriors have shown vulnerability and allowed Houston to open big leads on them due to their lethargic play. However, I wouldn’t call Durant or Curry going for 30 hero ball; those guys can get that any night of the week. This is not the 2017 Warriors. Too inconsistent. Needed hero ball from Klay in Game 6 and Steph/Durant tonight to overcome slow starts. Who knows which version shows up in th finals.
Yeah, and the Cavs replaced Kyrie with George Hill. This is not the 2017 Warriors. Too inconsistent. Needed hero ball from Klay in Game 6 and Steph/Durant tonight to overcome slow starts. Who knows which version shows up in th finals.
Capela is not getting a max contract. This is why I’m (mostly) over last night. Celtics are better positioned than anyone else to take on this juggernaut. The Rockets now have to rely on a 34 year-old CP3 next spring and we know how that’ll go. Nobody is taking that Anderson contract off their hands and Capela is due a max contract soon. Their window hasn’t closed but it’s definitely shrinking.
Meanwhile, the Celtics have 2 young studs and a couple potentially valuable draft picks in their arsenal. Danny did the hard work last summer.
I think it’s possible someone overpays but even if he falls short, the same point remains. The Rockets won’t have much of an ability to maneuver.Capela is not getting a max contract.
Yeah, I think he'll get a ~$20MM offer from someone; dude is good, and doesn't get played off the floor in a smallball series.I think it’s possible someone overpays but even if he falls short, the same point remains. The Rockets won’t have much of an ability to maneuver.
