In-N-Out Fries kind of suck. This is where the fresh ingredients don't work as well as frozen.
Burgers are awesome though.

Hey! Poutine recipes are supposed to be trade secrets.you can drown a roof shingle with melted cheese/fried onions and it would taste good
He has already been pinioned by his collar.Cheese fries or no, if the GM of the team I rooted for traded Jayson Tatum and a top-5 pick in the following year's draft for Markelle Fultz, I'd be petrified. If he can't find his game, that's a franchise-altering mistake.
The FRIES suck, they are just a bad delivery device for the animal style topping.Animal style fries suck? Really? I mean, is there a Dru Henlan for tastebuds?
Nailed it“The collars are normal. Find a new slant.”
This is mind blowing to me. Never would have guessed it.The FRIES suck, they are just a bad delivery device for the animal style topping.
And yeah even top chef's know frozen (and ideally double fried) >>>>> fresh for fries. Apparently. My buddy is a chef and he says it every time we ever go.
Wait what is this thread about?
We don't know now what we will know down the line so we will see how it all plays out. That being said, your post made me muse over the last day or so about how a GM can make all these trades, hirings, signings and draft picks, but a single bad move can cancel out twenty decent ones. I ended up thinking specifically of Slick Leonard and how all he had to do was draft Bird, but he didn't. That in turn led me to the linked below article, which just reinforces how short-sighted or fearful so many GMs can be. I remember after the 1978 draft Auerbach said to someone something like "Do you know how short a period of time one year is?"Cheese fries or no, if the GM of the team I rooted for traded Jayson Tatum and a top-5 pick in the following year's draft for Markelle Fultz, I'd be petrified. Just to clarify, he ain't talking about, like, Ore-Ida fries. He means: 1) fry them once; 2) drain, then freeze; 3) fry them again. The freezing part is optional. The frying twice part is not. Frying twice (first at lower temps, then at higher temps) expels more moisture from the fries than frying them once. You get a fry with a better texture, basically. This is mind blowing to me. Never would have guessed it.
Great article. thanksWe don't know now what we will know down the line so we will see how it all plays out. Ankiel doesn't follow the NBA, but he sympathizes with hack-a-players, who also struggle to hit their targets. When his struggles set in, Ankiel's thoughts were flooded with questions of mechanics. Where's your release point? Is your elbow right? What about the grip? Why can't you just throw it, damnit?
https://abcnews.go.com/Sports/free-throws-easy-consequences-failing/story?id=40769445Howard made 67.1 percent of his free throws his rookie season, but he's only gotten worse as his career has goes on, bottoming-out to a career-low 48.9 percent this past season. Though he said he practices more than ever these days, he claimed the more he practices, the worse he gets.
"It causes us to think more," Howard said.
Howard remembers hitting 465 out of 500 free throws in practice one day with the Los Angeles Lakers. He made 49.2 percent of his in-game freebies that season
He's supposed to be franchise player! We talkin bout cheese fries. Not a game. Not a game - cheese fries.
<Nodding>It would be hard to overstate how sideways an already weird thread has gone in what I thought was not a very long time away.
The megadeal that Williams and Archibald were a part of was the franchise trade between then Boston owner Irv Levin and Buffalo Braves owner John Y Brown.Well, they did draft Freeman Williams 8th (and then packaged him for Tiny and the pick that became Ainge). So, there's your "quick guard"
Yeah it’s great. It would be hard to overstate how sideways an already weird thread has gone in what I thought was not a very long time away.
I see nutrition isn't a big deal in your household.Though what is wrong with athletes who need to consume well over 2000 calories a day...doing just that? Their situation isn't really analogous given that Fultz has had exactly zero issues related to his intake of calories.
Sports fans care about some really, really weird shit. I realize they make up a bunch of shit to fill up what would be dead air if you could only focus on, you know, basketball, but damn.
But look at Fultz's smile while he's eating them! Do you care less about the joy of a child?!?
It worked for Marcus Smart last year!!!That video shows him making three jump shops with his new and improved jumper. Color me a tad skeptical
This is a pretty poor post. I suffered through that (awful) entire video just to see three jump shots that are probably from last year; they’re certainlynot recent, as you can see he doesn’t have the full sleeve of tattoos on his left arm.Fultz has completely changed his body and in this video posted a couple of weeks ago looks to have an improved jumper. Will certainly make a difference if true.
Sorry about that. I just skimmed through the video (skipped the parts without him having a basketball in his hand and the prior clips that we've seen before) to see the current part and the jump shots. This is a pretty poor post. Thanks for posting actually. There is a group of internet shot doctors that love nothing better than breaking down Markelle Fultz shot videos. They prefer grainy cell phone vids, but it’s been quite a while since anything has surfaced so this will have to do.Sorry about that. I just skimmed through the video (skipped the parts without him having a basketball in his hand and the prior clips that we've seen before) to see the current part and the jump shots.
Video was posted August 28. Didn't say when it was taken.
Jumper form looks natural and certainly it's better than what he used to have. Yes, it's based on three shots but thought people would be interested.

Apparently I should have gone for the cheese fries instead of posting this AM.Must be all those cheese fries.
Cheese fries are the seventh leading cause of tattoos.Must be all those cheese fries.
And while researchers aren't comfortable firmly linking the two yet, they strongly suspect that cheese fries are one of the leading causes of the yips.Cheese fries are the seventh leading cause of tattoos.
In the other thread, Heywerd is talking about his passion for donuts, so we can probably forget about those championship aspirations we had for this year.Must be all those cheese fries.
Worse still I have it on good authority that it wasn’t just a Krispy Kreme, it was one of those Krispy Kreme bacon double cheeseburgers with a side order of chili cheese fries. We’ll be lucky to make the playoffs. In the other thread, Heywerd is talking about his passion for donuts, so we can probably forget about those championship aspirations we had for this year.
AndHe’s already in his second year. We can’t baby him again. In my opinion he must go on the floor. If he stinks, then he stinks. We have to find out. If an entire summer trying to get him to learn how to shoot doesn’t result in any improvement, then he’s a lost cause and Boston can put up a Bryan Colangelo monument outside the TD Garden.
If Fultz busts, that trade will probably be remembered as costing us at least one and possibly multiple championships, like the Brad Daugherty for Roy Hinson trade. Taking 2 likely top 5 picks and sending them to your biggest rival while simultaneously ending up with nothing to show for it would be disastrous.
There’s a lot we don’t know about this situation. It’s possible Danny heard or saw something in Markus’ workout which made him nervous. Did he notice a change in his form? Did Fultz foolishly admit he was reworking his shot? Did he somehow expose his personal issues during his interview? Who knows?I get that this is primarily a Boston Celtics area but the idea that Danny knew Fultz would get the yips is borderline crazy.
Not only did he give Fultz the yips, he did it with an order of chili cheese fries, extra cheese, extra onion. You're underselling both him and us. Ainge GAVE Fultz the yips.
Why should we trust you?I get that this is primarily a Boston Celtics area but the idea that Danny knew Fultz would get the yips is borderline crazy.

Ainge didn't have to know precisely what Fultz would become to not have him rated as others did. What we do know is that he never considered him to be THE guy at #1 in any of his post-lottery pressers which was confirmed by Fultz leaving his Celtics workout and immediately scheduling others.I get that this is primarily a Boston Celtics area but the idea that Danny knew Fultz would get the yips is borderline crazy.
This hasn’t gotten enough love. Why should we trust you?
