In a year or two, he could be Joc PedersonI remember when Gary Sanchez wasn't Gary Sanchez. To think just a few short months ago hardly anybody knew who he was.
You must have some seriously great video equipment and a huge monitor to be so sure he was safe.I'm confused. What's the point of having HD ultra slow motion replay and reviewing it in a painfully slow process if you're just going to ignore what's on the video?
I'm no Angel fan, but if it's debatable in HD slomo replay then what is the "right" call the first time?Angel Hernandez again. Get it right the first time and you don't have to go through the "not enough to overturn" bullshit,
They kicked the Russians asses in 1940, but sadly, no...........but I like your style. Is Finland an option?
Hey, let's use words we all understand. They could fix this with technology. Be constantly monitoring the capacitance (C) of home plate. A human touching it would make C go up. Not a flux capacitor but a capacitance meter.
Definitely worse than Heyward'sWorst throw in the history of baseball?
Carl Crawford could have done that.Worst throw in the history of baseball?
Great minds...I thought Crawford wasn't playing for the Dodgers anymore.
No, but AGon's hand was on the plate before he was tagged. The review was deemed inconclusive because it's possible that AGon's hand was hovering 0.5mm above the plate, which is a ridiculous level of detail that no video will show. So what's the point of the replay if you're going to use standards like that? You must have some seriously great video equipment and a huge monitor to be so sure he was safe.
Even with multiple angles I couldn't be sure.
