O'B, the Red Sox have been great against the NL historically due in large part to having one of the top DHs over that span.

This is not even a platoon type of pinch hit. Pinch hitting an over .300 hitter for a near .200 hitter is insane, unless there is something wrong with Duran.

Oh, I missed that (on Gameday today). Still, why make a change that removes one of your best LH hitters with a tough RH closer probably coming in?
