I strongly suggest that if you're going to subject yourself to the three minute video for Tessie, you should at least be stoned. Or drunk. Or both.
Now, for the questions --
Why does Tessie enter through a side wall? Why is there a side wall?
Tessie does two things: repeatedly hurls nerf baseballs at her brother and repeatedly steals his hat. She also giggles. Why does Tessie hate her brother?
Does Tessie live in a ballpark suite? It certainly looks like her bed is in a ballpark suite.

Come on. It's not for us, it's for kids. I'm down with anything that will get kids to like baseball more.
Tessie's to the kids as James Taylor singing the anthem is to the old people; filling the seats. I don't mind.
Yea I've never understood the hate for Wally and things like that. I think it's awesome, and like you said, anything to get kids into baseball is a good thing.
I suspect that most here probably agree with this deep down. Its (her?) existence is of no moment to me; and my kids are beyond the demographic. But they still have fond memories of Oakie and the "trash monster" at Hadlock from when they were very young, so I get it. THEIR FURRY ASSES JUST BETTER NOT BLOCK MY VIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed, and I would add that I would rather see Tessie wearing a baseball uniform like Wally rather than a "B" T-shirt and a skirt. I think it's important that both Wally and Tessie be, at the very least, athletic role models for kids (whether boys or girls).
The only thing I'm shocked about is her name is Tessie, not Sweet Caroline. The Sox must be hurting without the Dentist.
