This is such a fun game after the previous 6 being relative blowouts. Might we get a similar ending as the NCAA title game?
The announcers were right. The game changed on the questionable shooting foul on James giving Green three free throws.
GS needs to get the ball in Draymonds hands and let him facilitate, otherwise they are getting themselves into trouble one offense, really just taking tough threes regardless of the shot clock. The reason they are such a good three point shooting team isn't necessarily because they are tough shot makers (though they are) but because they swing the ball so well and I haven't seen enough of that.
Really the game changed when Kerr pulled Varejao and went small. The James/Green foul was just the first possession after that.
James hasn't sat since that 1 minute break in the 1st quarter. Both him and Green have played 35 of 36.
You are right, but that was three free points and a change in momentum. But going small really helped the Warriors start scoring again.
