Firefox spell check no longer works?

Hmmm. Works for me on other pages. I don't get the wavy red line under misspelled words and if I right-click on a word, Check Spelling is checked. I have Chrome but for some reason I am more comfortable with FF. Strange.

I am using Firefox and i am a terrable speller and thankfuly it still picks up all my mistakes.

Mystery solved. My Firefox and Palemoon both suddenly didn't do spelling correct. Then i figured it out. Right click inside the text, choose languages and I'll bet you don't see any listed... choose add dictionary, it will default to add US English, install and your spell check will work again... it's become an extension you have to add.

No, it is not solved for me. Right-click/Languages brings up English (United States) and spell check works in GMail and Outlook.com but not SOSH.

Sorry, it solved my problem...only other suggestion I can make: restart FF in safe mode: Under Help choose Restart with Addons Disabled.
If the spell check then works, you get to add in your addons one by one til you find which one is creating the issue.

Actually, in my case, it is a typing checker, not a spell checker. But, thank you. Btw, do you fix cats, also? My going-on-19-year-old could use some refurbishing.
