1. As regards Katie Nolan, definitely would welcome into my huddle if I were less old (or more wealthy), less married, and less religious.
2. As regards Theo's "prognostications":
a. He is only reporting that which he has heard, so I probably wouldn't deem it a prognostication.
b. It probably is generally the less sound choice to go public on predictions having a 50% chance. If Judge Berman pseudo-committed that he'd promulgate by the end of the work-week, and if Wednesday has passed, then it's ceteris paribus a 50% shot for Thursday and the same for Friday. ...same reason as to not openly predict upcoming-baby gender. When you're right on a 50% prediction, no one will think you're hot stuff, and if you're wrong, everyone will be on your case.
3. If I worked for a company whose Internet filtering filtered out SoSH, I'd suggest the alternative that SoSH be de-filtered - however, the employee would not be allowed to log in and thus become capable of availing himself of P&G, the home of NSFW material. I don't view profanity per se to be NSFW, but we really don't find that much effing profanity here.
4. If I were less mind-rusty, I'd compose a post about the difference between justice, which involves following the law whatever it may be, and fairness, which involves restoring Brady's good name presuming that he is as innocent as he has asserted and as I believe. I think a man as accomplished as Judge Berman can write an opinion which sells the fair verdict as also being the just verdict (in the pathetic case that the just verdict would actually be that Goodell can do all the malice he wants under the current CBA).
