Craig Breslow, seriously????? Why have the Red Sox played around with names like Ben Cherington, Dave Dombrowski, Theo Epstein, Chaim Bloom, and now the latest, Craig Breslow? when they already have Jason Varitek in the organization? The man knew how to run the team as a first rate catcher. And catchers for the most part are running the team on the field. I believe his talent is being wasted. He knows what this team needs, he knows what will work on the field, and you are someday going to lose him to another team who will be glad to put his knowledge to good use and give him the chance to prove how effective he can be. Stop waiting until he's too old to climb out of the dugout!!! Don’t get me wrong, Craig Breslow may be the nicest guy in baseball, maybe he’s good in finance too, but please don’t tell me he knows more about what the Sox need or can do than Jason Varitek!!!!
