Does Bello have an innings limit for the year?
I remember when they used to say we don’t want pitcher A to pitch more than x amount of innings in his development?

Bello made 28 starts and pitched about 153 innings last year between Portland, Worcester and Boston. So he shouldn’t be hitting any kind of wall at this point.
