My dad always thought that you should never load the bases to set up a double play. Putting more pressure on the pitcher to be perfect and not start 2-0... makes sense, but maybe not in the 10th on the road.

Especially with 8-9-1 in the order starting the inning. I'd rather they pitched to Vaz and then maybe think about IBB if he is able to move the guy over to third.
